Muhlenberg Man Arrested Following Investigation

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY – A two month investigation resulted in a drug arrest for a Belton Kentucky man who was cultivating marijuana on Mud River Union Road – approximately 5 miles east of Belton.
On Thursday, September 02, 2010 at approximately 11:00 a.m., detectives from KSP DESI (Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations) West and KSP Post 2 arrested Dalton L. Beliles, age 58 of Belton, KY, at his residence. The arrest was the result of a two-month long investigation involving surveillance of a marijuana plot. Mr. Beliles was charged with Cultivating Marijuana 5 Plants or More and Possession of Marijuana.

Beliles was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
